Bill Black has been the owner of childcare and educational programs from 1981 to 2022. Now, as a childcare consultant, he has a personal mission to offer the best Before and After School Care Program on the market.  When not consulting, he enjoys golf, working with local non-profits (NFOCO.org), and spending time with family.  Bill believes in building a "can-do" attitude from an early age, which will last a lifetime.
